Vaccine appointments are available based on the vaccine supply we receive from the state and are held at an MD Anderson location.

For individuals age 12-17, the FDA has authorized only Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine at this time. Minors require a parent or adult guardian to accompany them to their vaccine appointment. If a parent or legal guardian is unable to accompany the minor, the minor must be accompanied by an adult and bring a consent form signed by their parent or adult guardian with them to their vaccination appointment. Download the consent form for minors for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine in English or Spanish.
